Our down-to-earth approach provides insights that can be easily incorporated into day-to-day tasks. Our trainings combine conceptual framework with practical examples from our 30+ years in the field, providing both the underlying foundation and the nuts-and bolts perspective. We maintain a substantial knowledge base regarding industry standards, including DOE’s Uniform Methods Project, the International Performance Measures and Verification Protocols and the National Association of Energy Service Companies’ accreditation process.

Topics have included sampling, billing analysis, statistical methods, understanding evaluation from the program perspective, evaluating complex projects and compliance with industry standards. We integrate presentations with interactive methods, including small group discussions, quizzes, and homework assignments.
