West Hill Energy staff will be presenting two papers and a poster at the IEPEC 2022. One paper describes approaches for using billing data to reveal the underlying reasons for discrepancies between program reported and evaluation savings. The second paper covers an in-depth evaluation of a pilot residential weatherization program based on an ESCO model. This evaluation involved extensive metering and comparing savings estimated at 3-, 6-, 9- and 12-month intervals. The poster discusses the post-installation review of weatherized homes to determine the how the quality of the installation affects the realized savings.
