West Hill Energy and Computing is a small, consulting firm located in central Vermont. Our goal is to apply our experience and knowledge in data and statistical analysis to enhance the long term sustainability of our world.  With technological improvements occurring on a daily basis, we believe that a thoughtful and balanced approach to incorporating technology into our lives will achieve lasting benefits for our society.

Our business has two components: the analysis and review of energy efficiency programs and initiatives, and the design and development of database software to assist organizations with maintaining good customer, member or constituent relations. We are committed to providing high quality, personalized service at reasonable rates.

The two principals, Kathryn Parlin and Al Bartsch, have a combined experience of over twenty-eight years in all aspects of energy conservation program delivery and evaluation, coupled with over twenty years of database development and programming experience.
